Phoebe has been making waves in the fashion world recently thanks to her striking looks - turning the streets of New York into her own personal runway.
She was photographed arriving at the Michael Kors fashion show on Sunday in a piercing red number with a plunging neckline.
Phoebe - who attended the event with her mother, Melinda, 59 - completed the look with a chic red handbag and bright gold stilettos.
Melinda opted for a more reserved outfit, wearing a green pencil dress with a matching cardigan and black, heeled clogs.
Phoebe has been very outspoken about her love of fashion over the years, telling WWD that she hopes to make it her full-time career one day.
'I’ve always been interested in sketching and design and I’m a huge writer,' she gushed to the outlet.
Last summer, she interned with British Vogue, who sent her to Copenhagen to cover Fashion Week - and the trip further cemented her passion.
